I booked myself on this tour without any knowledge of Pearse Lyons whiskey. And I am very happy I did. A small distillery but mighty in heart. I loved the story behind its beginnings and the inside of the distillery is just gorgeous. Thoroughly enjoyed my tastings and now I am enjoying a wee whiskey each night from the bottle I bought. Very smooth. It was great to try something different rather than from the typical big players. Also enjoyed some craic after the tour in Harkins pub just around the corner.

I could not find a place to contact you except for submitting a review. We missed our tour with you due to a problem disembarking from our cruise ship. We were in the third group to disembark. We arrived at the appropriate spot at the correct time (10:15am). There was a line that ran the entire length of our ship,, around the back, and up.We were in line for three hours before we were allowed to board a tender. We had never experienced anything like this on previous cruises, and other much more experienced cruisers said the same thing. By the time we got to Dublin via the tram, it was after 2 pm. We got something to eat and headed to our 4 pm appointment. We are sorry that we could not get there for our 1 pm appointment. This was our 3rd trip to Dublin. We are fortunate enough to feel like we know our way around to a certain extent. I am sad for all the other passengers who had such a short day in Dublin to experience all it has to offer. I’m sure your tour would have been great.

We took the top package and got to try the 5 samples all were of excellent quality but showed very distinct characteristics and flavor differences. The animation was wonderful and very passionate. There was as much care into the stories of the site and graveyard as to the whiskey and it’s process.
