The overall experience was absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly the drivers were great and very helpful gave us loads of recommendations and we hopped on and off the bus many times to enjoy it was easy to get back on as the driver explained it very well. The buses were frequent in coming and going.

I went to Dublin with my auntie who 81,the kindness the drivers showed her was 2nd to none. She loved the tour bus nothing was to much trouble even wait for us as we came out of the Guinness distillery as she was in a wheelchair.keep up the good work we will. Be back thank you.

Booked on line. When we went to the bus stop at St. Steven's Green we were told the image of the bar code on our phone was not acceptable on the bus. We needed to print it out. Finally the driver allowed us on the bus and was going to drop us at a stop five blocks from their office where we could "sort it out there" but we had to walk the five blocks. Before we got to that stop he said he had talked to the office and we could stay on the bus until the stop in front of the office. When we went in even though I had the image on my phone I needed to send an email copy to the man in the office so that he could print it out and then give me two tickets for the bus. A process that took 15 minutes to "sort out". Not an acceptable process for travelers in 2020.
