Full description
Montenegro is a country with a rich history and beautiful nature, located less than 1 hour from the city of Dubrovnik. You will have the opportunity to visit all the important historical and natural sights of the Montenegro coastline. The picturesque small towns Risan and Perast will attract you with its charm, and the legend may encourage you to visit the small island of Our Lady of the Rocks. Located on the banks of Kotor Bay, the old town of Kotor is the best preserved urban center from the Middle Ages, typical of the towns that were created in the 12th and 14th centuries. Surrounded by 5-kilometer long ramparts, the town’s medieval architecture and numerous monuments have put Kotor on the UNESCO list of the World Natural and Cultural Heritage Sites. It is also known for its nautical tradition and famous commercial fleet. One of the most beautiful natural attractions is the peninsula of Sveti Stefan (Saint Stephen). Today, it is an attractive city-hotel with luxury villas and beautiful beaches. On the peninsula Sveti Stefan there is also a rich cultural and historic heritage left behind by its original inhabitants. Budva is the main center of the Montenegrin tourism. Many tourists are attracted to its beautiful, sandy beaches but it is also rich in historical monuments. The old town lies on a small peninsula and represents a treasure chest of the cultural heritage.

Christian was amazing and his experience in the area was directly responsible for our great day. We took this tour in August 2021 - Croatia was very very crowded and very very hot (travel up 200% and an historic heat wave in Europe). As a result, some of the border crossings could have taken hours and the sites horribly crowded. Christian's ability and knowledge of the local roads, border crossings, parking, and peak times was critical in making our day comfortable, smooth and enjoyable. He was a knowledgeable fun guide and we really enjoyed meeting him. I highly recommend this tour and Christian!

Vladimir was a great guide with knowledge of everything and knew how to guide you to get the most of the experience. The scenery was fantastic. You should only watch out what boat is taking you to the lady of the rocks because everything is unregulated. Avoid taking the small boats even if you can bargain a cheaper price and get the regular service which is dependable. The border can also be busy and there is no way of knowing how much time it will take you to cross but our guide was really good in using the best routes possible.

Great tour I had a very friendly guide who had extensive knowledge about Dubrovnik and Montenegro, making the tour full of great historical data. He was very patient, took me to places that were very worthwhile, and drove the car impeccably. Montenegro is a formidable place, especially Kotor. It is well worth knowing and experiencing it thoroughly. Budva is also super recommended. 100 points for the tour.
