Washington tour guide was excellent, a lot to cover for short time

from the meeting place-very busy but quite safe, double checked for tickets but not ID. The bus- clean and ok for comfort, got toilet but not enough support to be left clean by customer- a bit unsanitary. Excellent and safe drivers, respect everyone as adult. Bi-lingual tour guide is excellent, except some people just don't get it. So sometimes we lost time by waiting on them. Short but informative visit to the center with 10 minute video. Lots and lots of walking, sometimes very unforgiving to older generations, specially on a hot and humid day. No options to eat at chinatown, wherein, food is a little cheaper and interesting. No megaphone for everyone to hear what instruction was being given, so sometimes the older generations makes mistake by not being on time. Only a black open umbrella was used as a point or mark to head back to the bus or where the guide will be at a certain time. Bill, a veteran, our tour guide was excellent- historically more believable than the statue/building

The tour itself was fantastic and our guide, Cassie, was very knowledgeable. We were very disappointed that we were not picked up at our hotel as promised. We had to Uber at the last minute which was stressful and costly. Sadly, Sally at the office did not pass along the message to the driver to pick us up, nor did anyone pick up the phone when we called to inquire about it.

Tour was great, but somewhat disappointed in the mishap of my confirmed hotel pick up reservation. Our tour guides Sally and Tyrone was very professional and acknowlegable. I want to thank Dennis and Aljun at the Get Your Guide Support Services for their help in resolving this matter.

Great tour guide, very knowledgeable and helpful. Water aboard was nice touch. Due to late arrival of bus, person was sent to let everyone know all was well. Very accommodating to those who neede to stay on bus during stops. Guide also had a great sense of humor.

This one day tour was more than expected. Every main point was seen despite the long travelling time by the bus. Carlos, our guide was very nice, helpful and caring. His knowledge is amazing. Drivers drove safely. Highly recommended for everyone.
