Spend 2 hours here for a full guided tour of the distillery, warehouse, and interactive heritage exhibition and taste a 12 year old single malt whisky. Continue to the village of Killin for lunch. Spend time here exploring its streets and enjoy the scenery with plenty of time to grab a bite to eat. Head on to Loch Lubnaig, and then to Deanston Distillery - a historic cotton mill which has been distilling whisky using traditional methods since the 1960s. James was our tour guide and driver. He was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and geography of Scotland. The tour took us to two distilleries and at least 5 or 6 other stops for either photo ops or lunch or just be able to walk around. It was the best tour we had out of the 5 tours we took while we were in Scotland. Even if you don't drink whisky, (which I don't), it was a great tour.

We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to other visitors. We also want to say that our tour leader Eric was amazing, he truly made the trip memorable. Eric was engaging, humorous, and shared personal stories that made the experience interesting and memorable. We really appreciated an unscheduled stop in Fortingall to see the Kirk and 5000 yr old yew tree. Please pass along our thanks to Eric and his boss.

Very professionally conducted tour. The driver guide Martin was amazing both in terms of his knowledge and wit. Visit to Aberfeldy Dewar Distillery was magnificent. Nobody should miss out the whiskey along with chocolate tasting experience. The entire drive to Deanston Distillery, Doune Castle, Bridge on Forth, Stirling was every minute well spent. A must do for everyone in love with Whisky
