Not a glass bottom boat as shown in the brochure, nor anything to do with Jule Verne. Just a noisy boat ride on the top deck - there are more fish to see in the Eilat docks. Not recommended, the advertising is misleading!

Tour was to be in English, but it was not. They were a lot of vising Arab families who made the trip fun with their dancing to the music. The "glass bottom" was actually glass windows below deck; very hard to see; In fact not much to see. Disappointed as I had. We travelled about 20-20 minutes by boat to the "spot". By car would be only a few minutes. HOWEVER, it was a lovely boat ride though the chairs were uncomforable. The staff was pleasant, there was plenty of cold water and refreshments for purchase. We drove to Eilat to do a few tourist things and this was one of them. Of note, we came early but the boat started to leave as we waived to them. Rather than stop for us, they left. Fortunately the competent staff took the initiative to taxi us to the boat....made the trip a little exciting. I do not know if there are other glass bottom tours, but I would check it out. For the cost (especially with another 100 + people on deck), it was expensive. Overall, it could be a fun outing.
