What people are saying about El Limón

It was so crazy that it was cool again. - Driver was at the hotel on time - then the delay came... Driver tried to find people... 35min. (Then he noticed that it was the wrong Riu Hotel) - then we went to Samaná Bay. - when we got there we had coffee and a sandwich for breakfast (mega... wasn't in the description) - we took a boat towards Samaná... just crazy... the first rows were light with the wind... no... very wet! - arrived we went with a safari truck towards the waterfall - arrived there we went on horses towards the waterfall (I felt sorry for the horses, the way was so crass... but then I saw that the horses are actually kept as farm animals... You know it ! And also only do one tour a day) - ready for dinner (the best thing I've eaten on tours so far) - now to the boat and over to Bacardi Island - then back on the boat towards land - off on the bus and back to the hotel.

Fantastic trip with lots to absorb, really well paced and feel like this day will be one to remember for many years. The guide offered valuable insights and we really felt like we got a taste of the Dominican lifestyle and culture. The sights were incredible, our Gopro stayed warm throughout the trip! Make sure that you leave some tips to the horseriding assistants, they work really hard! (and perhaps avoid making the mistake of bringing British pounds as they have never seen that before)...

For the most part we liked the excursion very much, but we have to say that the exit was obviously not that pleasant for the horses. We were very sorry afterwards. The fact that the companions begged for a tip very obtrusively when we left the room was rather ugly. Otherwise, the guide, the drive, the food, the pick-up and also the Barcadi island were very nice and we would say that the money was worth it.

Very well organized tour, the guides were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and everything was spotlessly clean.

Organization at the top lost a little time in the morning the time of taking care of everyone .... Very nice guide I recommend ...
