I’m sure it would have been better if not raining. The boat was enclosed but hard to get decent pics through plastic. It was hard to hear what the lady was saying through the speaker. Still saw some great sights and would do again. Maybe warmer weather would be better. We came in mid March.

It was a great experience. The staff on the boat was very nice, we learned new things about the NYC architecture, and got pretty close to the Statue of Liberty for some great pics! The only thing I would recommend changing is the tour guide recording, the boat went faster than the recorder trying to explain the buildings.

It is necessary for me to walk with a cane due to leg surgery I have had. The staff could not have been more attentive and accommodating to my friends and me. We were allowed use of the elevators with their assistance since I was not capable of managing the stairs. The whole experience was wonderful!
