Guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions asked. There was one awkward moment on the tour where customer was aggressive and tour guide dealt with them very politely and professionally. I highly recommend this tour!

The guide was wonderful; she was local and knowledgeable. It was evident that she had the job because she loved the city of Bologna and wanted to share it with travelers.
