The pass was great and easy to use once we had it in hand. the process to get it off of our phone and into our hand was ridiculous. They need to update their instructions to inform you to print the passes prior to going to your pick up location or update their technology to be able to scan from your phone. Having to find a place to print the passes was the most frustrating part.
This tour was awesome! Our tour guide Donna was exceptional! She was so knowledgeable and interesting I didn’t want the tour to end. I enjoyed hearing the stories from a born and raised Orleanean and her accent is charming. I usually do not enjoy group tours but this one was great!! I will actually go again next time in New Orleans I enjoyed it so much.
My mom and I had a wonderful time. Everything went as expected. I suppose it would have been nice to know that most of the tour guide announcements were about things mostly on one side of the boat. But we appreciated the more quiet return trip. Thank you for enhancing our first trip to New Orleans.
Very interesting about the tombs and the purpose of having them raised and no trees around. Everybody thinks it's because the water table is high. Go on the tour and find out. The streets going through the cemeteries had street names. Buy the home made candy from the lady by the cemetery.
The passes were easy to pick up on Canal Street. I went to each place the cards were scanned with no problem. Everyone was friendly, open, and very accommodating! One thing if you do the swamp tour, and want to go early in the morning call ahead. Reservations recommend there!
