It was very nice trip I can definitely can recommend if you don’t want to rent a car but would like to discover other places of West Crete.(which has the nicest beaches and coast lines as per feedbacks). The organizers picked us up at the closest point to our hotel , which made our ride more comfortable. From Kissamos we had a nice ferry ride to Balos Lagoon and Gramvousa island( be aware of waves during the ferry ride ). We had great time at the lagoon and the island , we also had luck with nice sunny and less windy weather. The scheduled timing was kept well .

Marvellous place! A piece of Heaven on Earth and a real phenomenon! The bus and the boat did not really follow covid-19 measures as the capacity of people was more than should be. 1.5 m distance could not really be kept between passengers. The tour was windy, probably due to mid Sept dates but the places were totally worth it. Time at Balos is about 2.5 hours and at Gramvousa - around 1.5 hours. Water was a bit cool at that time of the year. There were umbrellas at Balos but none were free.

The tour was great and Balos was beautiful. The only thing we didn't like was that the apparent soft white sand they promised was filled with rocks and seashells and cigarette stubs of other people. It was also very hard to get into the water because there are slippery rocks every where. It would've been great to get the tip to wear swimming shoes so you don't hurt yourself like I did. But everything was greta

it was fun! the bus was on time, instructions were clear, going there was easy and you're comfortable . but the information about the islands were not there . at least to get some good info because on the boat there were a lot of people and the vol was so low i couldnt hear what the guide was saying

Boat is living from the port. Plenty of space to park the car. There is a big snack inside the boat with drinks/food. They take credit cards. Overall, it’s more like a ferry that bring you to a place more than a tour so if you are expecting this it is okay.
