thought Nate was an excellent tour guide. I was very disappointed that we could not gain entry to Independence Hall, the Betsy Ross House and the Ben Franklin house. I had called your customer service to inquire if the entrance fees were paid on our behalf . The advertising Iis very ambiguous stating that " ALL of the buildings are included " or something to that effect . The customer service rep was really hesitant in his reply but assured me that we could go into all of the buildings. Well, technically yes, if you pay a separate fee. I would suggest you clarify your advertising to indicate that only "Free of Charge" buildings will be available for entrance on this tour. I will be notifying Trip Advisor of my observations.
I purchased the two day pass and used every minute of each day. As an extra, I heard two different guides and learned different things. One day, I took it out to the zoo (which was fabulous) and since it was during a slow time, the guide suggested texting him when I was ready to return. He was most helpful and conscientious.
It was just myself and Adam so I got an amazing 2 hours with a top class guide who explained the History of America and its founding is a phenomenal way. Book this tour and get Adam. He is a brilliant guide and person. It’s a pleasure to meet people who are great at their craft
Longwood Gardens was a wonderful experience. Picking up the ticket I got from you was a hassle to claim. Seems they had never heard of you and as I was trying to get my ticket I was beginning to think we weren't going to be able to claim it or.
A live guide is so much better than a recorded tour. The guide was outstanding, and he spoke so clearly that our visitor from South America understood everything. He and the driver were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
