If you're a bargain hunter, the best time for deals at Dubai Mall is right after the holiday season. If you prefer less crowds and want to take your time window shopping then plan your visit for another time of year!
There are more than 1,200 different stores - some unique to Dubai, some from other parts of the world, such as London's Harrods. Enjoy and go wild!
There are some food courts in the Dubai Mall, but no restaurants - if you fancy a sit-down meal then head over to its' sister mall, Souk Al Bahar, to grab a bite.

What people are saying about Dubai Mall
We were picked up on time from our hotel in downtown Dubai. Note that the boat departs from the Dubai Festival City area and you must walk a short distance through the Dubai Festival Mall to reach the dock. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome tea and dates. The boat ride through Dubai creek and downtown Dubai was extraordinary and definitely the highlight of the excursion. The food, which consisted of Indian and local dishes, a live pasta station, and salad bar, was average and would not be considered “luxury” by any standards. Overall, the service by the ship’s crew was superb and the waiters were very attentive. Non-alcoholic beverages were complimentary. Because of COVID there were only three other couples onboard, so in a way the excursion felt somewhat VIP and exclusive. Regrettably, the whirling dancer advertised in the trip brochure never appeared and there was no explanation provided by the event manager as to the absence of this anticipated entertainment piece.
Very well laid out. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Social distancing in place. Very enjoyable ride along the river with views of the fountains and buildings. Food was very nice and staff were very attentive.
This is once in a lifetime experience. You will have so much fun and will even cry on how beautiful this all is. Make sure you take your little ones, they will love the show too.
it was a good experience but I was the random currencies shown on this app made me pay more here than I could have elsewhere
Enjoyed our small boat ride. Fountains were excellent, but only lasted 5 minutes. But saw the next show after 25 mins.
