All the drivers are knowledgeable with lots of information. Only 1 bad thing - since the bus travels half full (covid policy) and no one gets off at a spot, you have to wait on the next bus. We were told it would be 20 minutes, more like 35. We also did the Ghost and Graveyard tour. All the people involved were great dressed up in character and had loads of extra information. Overall, we were pleased and would do again.
We got started a little late and went to the Tea Party Museum which was great. The secondary route to the wharf area was a waste of time. So we just stayed on the trolly back to where we started. You do need more than one day to much of anything. Disappointed that the tour did not go to Harvard Square. Last driver was great. Had sound effects.
The drivers were very knowledgeable and the frequency of the trolley as well as the stops were great!! The only comment I have is that when I bought the ticket it said that the 2nd day was free and I was inform that is no longer the case, so you should remove that information.
We had a great time on the Old Town Trolley during our vacation to Boston. We were able to see everything we wanted. The drivers were all wonderful, funny and informative. The kids learned a lot, plus it was nice to relax a bit in between of touring.
We had Giovanni and he was great. He had good stories about each part of the tour. We were from out of town and very short on time but it was well worth the time we invested in it.
