Our English tour would have been cancelled today if it hadn’t been for Stefan who was taking the German tour stepping in. He was fantastic, switching between German and English. The tour was interesting and informative. Even though we have visited NY before, we still saw things we had not seen before and learnt new and interesting facts. We had a similar pass for San Francisco last summer. It's so nice to have options and to be able to skip lines. The hint to go to the Rose Center entrance of the American Museum of Natural History was outstanding! Long lines due to the holidays and a Kwanza celebration but walked right in the side entrance.

Wonderful tour, the host Ally was a lovely girl with a very upbeat personality which made the tour a lot of fun!! It was very informative and fab for seeing the filming locations in the programme and also other parts of Manhattan that I wouldn’t necessarily have gotten to see!! Defo recommend them tour!!

Provided you with great information in an entertaining way. The guides were informative well beyond the scope of telling what it was. I enjoy the historical perspective with a touch of humour added.

My pass didn’t work when I went to use it on my first attraction however I called the office and they were able to get this fixed for me within 20 minutes! Great service from the staff.
