Definitely not an easy tour to do but definitely a very important one. Really well organised tour and our tour guide/driver Michael was amazing. He was very informative and he even took us to an extra spot (one of the train stations used by the Germans) on our way to Auschwitz.

The guides both on the bus from Kraków to the camps and in the camps were lively but considerate. Went above and beyond I wish every guide was like them so helpful full of life in such trying times . You want a pick me up go on this tour for both a good trip and professionally organised.

One day in advance you will receive an email with the exact time and meeting point. The bus driver was right on time and very friendly. He was very clear in his explanation. During the way there was played a documentary about Auschwitz which is an interesting introduction. The driver will collect the tickets and show you the way to the correct row and to our guide. Before or after the first camp you can buy a sandwich in the restaurant. After getting used to the accent, the English-speaking guide is easily understood. She could explain everything well. I only missed the depth information. Just that extra information that you would not read on the information boards. Each time she was way ahead of the group, so it felt like there was less opportunity for extra questions. But the things she explained were clear and she answered our queations. Bus driver will drop you back at the pick-up point in Kraków. It was an interesting day with good guidance.
