What people are saying about Lisbon

Excellent private tour to Sintra! Highly recommend. Francisco was excellent at planning out the trip to avoid the crowds as much as possible so we could maximize our day. He gave honest feedback on what was really worth seeing when I only had one day in Sintra. He was also knowledgable about everything we saw (and with verified info, not just making things up like I could hear other tour guides doing) and his genuine interest came through over the whole day. He was courteous, generous, respectful, and helpful. Ask for Francisco!

Our guide is friendly and very knowledgeable about the Portuguese history. His driving is steady. The car is clean and spacious. The lunch he recommends is in a very traditional village restaurant. He picked us up at 09.00 and dropped us at our hotel at around 17.30. Overall, a great experience and it’s worth the money to have your own driver/ guide, so that you know that you are in safe hands and you can go to places according to your own pace.

Madalena was a local with excellent English, so was able to explain in depth anything we wanted to know plus a lot more. She was a confident driver and we felt safe with her. We would never have learned so much about Lisbon or been treated to experiences locals enjoy without her help. She was the best and we thoroughly recommend her to others. We certainly will recommend to friends who are visiting Lisbon in the future

We had an amazing trip to Sintra with Gonzalo. He was on time, very accommodating to the changes in itinerary we needed, and was very informative about local history and culture. We enjoyed the trip immensely and would recommend him to anyone. We went to Quinta de Regeleira, the Moorish castle and Cabo de Roca, Cascais. Skipped Pena palace because it was rainy.

The tuk-tuk was a great way to see Lisbon. We were able to hop on and off at a variety of sites. Joao, our driver, took us to sites that interested us and gave us great background information on all the sites. He let us go at our pace and stop where we wanted to stop.
