When we went to collect the passes from 414 canal street the woman that we had to deal with was the most unhelpful person we have ever met. All she said was that we had to phone to make all our own reservations. She booked us on the city tour but didn’t then tell us we had to go & see her for wrist bands later on in the day. The phoning for reservations was a little stressful but luckily enough our hotel did that for us
Worth the money for the 3 day pass. You have to print it out before getting your pass which is near the Harrahs casino. Sit down and plan out what you’d like to do. We did the Saints and sinners walking tour which was cool, and the haunted walking tour with Lucy she was great! The alligator adventure was also a good one to do with Capt. Danny. Lastly highly recommend the WW2 museum.
The pass was great and easy to use once we had it in hand. the process to get it off of our phone and into our hand was ridiculous. They need to update their instructions to inform you to print the passes prior to going to your pick up location or update their technology to be able to scan from your phone. Having to find a place to print the passes was the most frustrating part.
The passes were easy to pick up on Canal Street. I went to each place the cards were scanned with no problem. Everyone was friendly, open, and very accommodating! One thing if you do the swamp tour, and want to go early in the morning call ahead. Reservations recommend there!
