Our guide Gloria was very nice and gave us a lot of information. We enjoyed each place we visited. The lunch at Poggio ai Lahgi was good, as was the wine. I felt bad for Gloria and the gentleman that owned the winery because we had a few rude tour mates that talked to each other while they were speaking to the group and didn’t keep up with the tour. (There’s always a few in the bunch.) Both Gloria and he wine owner handled them well. My only complaints are that it took a while to have our lunch and we were really hungry (Maybe advise the guests that they should bring a snack) and we could not bring drinks on the bus. That was unfortunate because about 10 of us had gotten drinks at the first stop and had to guzzle them down before we could leave.

This experience was amazing! We got enough time to explore on our own a bit, not a lot but enough to leave us wanting more. Honestly, we chose this tour because my husband really wanted to see Monteriggioni (Assassin's Creed) and this was one of our favorite parts of our trip. It was low season so our tour was half English/half Spanish but Elena (or Helen) did amazing making sure everyone knew what was going on. For lunch, Gluten-free accommodations due to an allergy were made with no issue! Beautiful tour!

The tour was nice. We specifically booked it so that we travel from Florence to Siena and stay there - but the company apparently has distinct winter and summer schedules, and also can change the itinerary at any time. So we visited Siena first, and had to take a public bus back to the city in the evening, after the tour ended. Would be helpful to highlight the disclaimer about potential changes in the itinerary. Lunch and wine tasting are done together, at a nice estate.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. We saw regions of Toscana that we couldn't have the opportunity otherwise and we have as much time we wanted to get a look at the cities and villages we went. The bus driver and our guide Paola were excellent and very very helpful in any info we wanted. Thanks Paola! :)

A perfect day! Our guide was kind snd the tour very well done and organised. Each place with the exact time for enjoy and not get bored. And the lunch was amazing! I did the trip with my 2 years old son and he also enjoyed it and the guide brought a seat for the van and lunch for him as well. Excellent experience!
