It was an action packed vacation, to say the least. We truly enjoyed Boston and the history! The Whale watching was magnificent, but other tourists would about knock you down to see. So be prepared for that especially if you have small children, even they are not safe on the sunset cruise. With so much to do, it is hard to pack it all in and we had the 5 day pass. We got to about half of the events listed and a few that weren't..
The museum and statues were interesting and then the guided two section room was over crowded and our tour guides voice was lost when the other group joined the room. Although he was asked to speak up, he didn't do so and it was a shame because the last part was a waste of time.
Worth the price for the 2 day if you can start early on day 1. We did the aquarium and duck boat which is just about the cost of the pass. Another note the whale watch is a “premium” item and so is the duck tour so you have to choose one or the other.
Some of the guides were excellent. They all had similar historical information but each had his own spin. We didn’t see any women driver/guides. Possibly there are some— hope so. June West from Toronto.
The museum staff is very helpful and courteous. The main exhibit was exactly as I remembered it from the last time I visited about 30 years ago. So the experience was very familiar.
