What people are saying about San Francisco

Our guide Isabella was amazing. She filled us in on history, little known facts, and fun conversation. She was knowledgeable and delightful. I would recommend anyone taking this tour to ask for Isabella! The tour itself took us not only to the restaurants that were authentic gathering places for the local Chinese community but also to the park where they gather, a Buddhist Temple, Fortune Cookie Factory, we met and enjoyed a Tea Master, and found the corner where 4 neighborhoods housing different cultures came together. After driving past the China Town gate a couple years ago I have been wanting to walk through ever since. This was the way to do it!

San Francisco Chinatown Culinary Walking Tour Reviewed by Roy, 02/11/2020

Good local guide, very knowledgable about the local area and history. We went to cafes and deli’s that were not chains and sampled food or drink at each one. We had an Italian drink of choice at one cafe, then in others we had: fudge tasting, couple slices fresh pizza, Italian sandwich, arancini, and a cannoli. A good amount of food! Not alot of walking because Little Italy area of San Francisco is only a couple of streets. Would highly recommend!

This tour truly focused on the WOW factor! Each winery had something special to offer, making the experience more than just a wine tasting. The castle at Castello di Amorosa was impressive, the gondola at Sterling showed amazing views, and the history of the caves at Beringer made this tour informative and different from all the rest. We were able to enjoy and "revisit" the wines and not worry about driving and parking at each different location.

It was nice. The weather wasn't the best to see the bridge and islands. We sailed south on a steady flow. They provided warm coats and blankets. The beers helped warm me up! There was no socialization from the crew. It was very quiet with no communication as to where we were going and if there was anything else to learn about. We had fun anyway. :)

San Francisco: Bay Sailing Tour with Drinks Reviewed by Yvonne, 09/10/2020

This was the best tour I’ve ever experienced. Phil is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. The tour was entirely safe during the Covid-19 pandemic, and I felt comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend the tour and Best Bay Tours in general. I would love to take another tour the next time in the the Bay Area.
