She enjoyed herself immensely so did I. The staff very helpful, pleasant and cheerful.

Was quite hungry, as this was a very light lunch. I helped the kids eat their food which helped the hunger pains. Food was in small portions and well presented and very tasty. We had to pay for extra drinks such as water and teas etc. The bus is a little hot to begin with but the air con kicks in when on the move. It was a fabulous way to see London and the interior looked lovely and comfortable, even the toilet was nice . I would recommend booking on a special occasion. The staff member serving was very hospitable and did an excellent job juggling all the customers onboard.

I took my 86 year mum on the afternoon tea cruise, from start to finish the crew did so much to help her enjoy her day, we were able to leave her wheelchair at the office and thee crew helped her on board. The food was exceptional and there was plenty to eat, all neatly presented. The cruise was very scenic and totally relaxing. When we returned back to the quay, heer wheelchair was waiting for her and again the crew were exceptional and very caring, it was the best experience we've had from start to finish and will recommend it to everyone.
Well organised, allocated seating, lovely food and drink. Service excellent. Good value for money. On the downside there was a very officious lady in charge of the waiting staff whose voice was so loud we could not hear the commentary being given on the sailing trip.
Fantastic afternoon. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The food was excellent - tasty and very enjoyable.
The guys on the boat were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. And of course the food was delicious!
Delicious dish and amazing guide. Great crew members, nice weather, 5 stars of 5.
