After we paid we received a call that the trip would only be 45mins as the engines couldn’t run for the entire 75mins given the low temperature. Too late as we were already on the train from Amsterdam. It turned out to a good thing as despite being dressed for it, our feet were freezing. Our guide Pete, was great. Took the time to help us get used to the Segway. Checked and reassured us all the way. Will plan another trip when the weather is warmer!

Frank was a knowledgeable guide. We lucked out and it became a private tour with the two of us and Frank. We saw the major sites and it was an enjoyable day. A great way to see things in a short period. One suggestion, if going from the cruise ship take the water taxi for 9 Eur for two. The taxi was 25 Eur. They seem to charge what they want. Great value for the Segway!

This was a great and easy way to see Rotterdam. We had difficulty getting to the starting point on time. (We did not realize that we had to schedule the water taxi.) However they held the tour for us. I would recommend this tour for anyone wishing to see the city and adventurous to ride a Segway.

Karel Kroon was the best driver/guide we could have hoped for. He has excellent insight into Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Kinderdijk, Delft, and the Hague and was able to tailor our tour to meet our specific interests. He's a friendly and accommodating guide.

It was so much fun taking Segway around the city! Easy way to cover a lot of walking.
