What people are saying about Evora

This tour was interesting to learn how the cork trees are grown and the cork is collected as well as to see the ancient stone structures. The guide provided plenty of interesting facts during the tour. City of Evora is amazing mix of Roman and gothic architecture that is well preserved and not touched by earthquake. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore the Portugal inland area.

We were a small group of 3 people. Had a wonderful experience with our guide, Philippe. He was knowledgable, charming and eager to please. The hour and 20 minutes of free time was spent on lunch and I missed not having the time to explore on my own (we could have had a quicker meal had it not been for the thunderstorm :) )

The trip to Evora with Felipe was excellent and even the very heavy rain we experienced did not spoil it. He was an exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable guide with a delightful sense of humour who made all aspects of the trip interesting and memorable. His lunch recommendations were very helpful.
