Full description

The Ningaloo Aquarium and Discovery Centre will delight children and adults alike with interactive touchscreen activities and an abundance of information to explore. Live displays are sure to teach you about the ocean's environments and inhabitants. Explore a cave system under the Cape Range and feast your eyes on scaly inhabitants in the Terrestrial Gallery. Climb aboard the red bus to hear reflections of Australian-American life in remote WA. Or enter the cyclone room and experience the devastation of Cyclone Vance. At the end of your visit, head to the shop or simply enjoy a meal or coffee at the centre’s café.

Honestly the best thing to me was the experience and catering for all ages genres and interests. It has Aussie history, wartime history, the local indigenous people, the flora and fauna of the local area. The set out of the displays were really good and suited all ages. You could easily breeze through in 30mins or take possibly 2 hours or more. You tailor the experience to suit your interests, age groups, time that you can allocate with your schedule. I’d suggest minimum 1 hour to skim through in a fast casual manner of the centre. A must see when in Exmouth.
