We left early which was a plus. I appreciate punctual events. They are serious about keeping everyone safe both during COVID and simply as passengers on a nautical vessel. The crew were warm, accommodating, and displayed that they enjoyed working with the passengers. It took a while to dock at the island which was pretty frustrating.

Amazing team of tour guides. The customer service was outstanding. They were warm and welcoming, and very attentive to everyone's needs. Willie kept us informed of everything we'd be doing along the way. My husband and I don't swim, but Eric taught us the basics of scuba and led us out to the reef so we wouldn't miss the experience. These guys were terrific! Highly recommend!!!

The crew was absolutely incredible and it was the best experience!

From the minute that we arrived to the minute we left, we had an awesome experience. We arrived after taking a 45 minute taxi ride to find out that I had left my ID in the hotel room, which we thought was needed to go on the catamaran. We asked the main lady about it and she told us no and that the ID was necessary, and just as we were beginning to worry, she said that she was joking! She was hysterical and very sweet. Once the rest of the crew got us our snorkeling gear, we headed out. The crew was so much fun - there wasn't a moment where they weren't asking what we wanted to drink, playing music, or getting things ready for us. They were very knowledgeable and they kept things upbeat! We stopped at a deserted island to practice snorkeling, walk the beach, and eat lunch. Lunch was carefully prepared and it was delicious - very filling! We then sailed off to a snorkeling spot by the reef where we swam with fish. Beautiful. And after an hour, we sailed back and ate fruit. AWESOME.
