Definitely one of the most organized, informative and well-designed museums I’ve ever been to. Hard to say that I “enjoyed” visiting a venue that memorializes one of the most horrific events in our nation’s history, but I will definitely say that it is an experience that cannot be missed. It is a very moving experience and one that truly reinforces the notion that we must always remember and never forget what happened that dreadful day.

excellent tour with great guidance from Liz. Hadn't experienced it myself but that was nothing to notice. In this intense subject she also managed to highlight the hope and togetherness during the event very well, which made a great impression! Excellent an impressive tour!!

I have never liked anything so much... spectacular... the employees are very friendly, everything is very well organized and punctual... 100% recommended

Our guide, Dave Gardner, was excellent, enthusiastic & knowledgeable… we really enjoy the experience albeit emotional.

Well worth the money spent. Definitely learned some things I had no idea of
