Immerse yourself in the world of chocolate during this chocolate workshop at The Belgian Chocolate Makers in Brussels. Roll up your sleeves and follow alongside a chocolatier to make your own chocolate bar, truffles, and more. Enjoy a hot chocolate or a glass of refreshing water while you work. Start the day with a warm welcome from Elisabetta, your chocolate maker instructor for the day. She'll give you a short introduction to the world of Belgian chocolate so you can take home an array of chocolate-making secrets. Make your very own personalized chocolate bar and some tasty mendicants and truffles using the original chocolate from Haiti. As you create, hear about ruby chocolate, a newly discovered cocoa bean that is 100% natural but which creates incredibly pink chocolate treats. Taste a real cocoa bean and a delicious liqueur de cacao. As you work, try the 3 different origin chocolates: Philippines (Mana), Congo (Ituri), and the illustrious ruby chocolate. During the activity, enjoy a delicious cup of hot chocolate on cold days or a glass of cool water on warm days. Before you leave, get some leaflets describing the ins and outs of cocoa production and enjoy a 10% discount in the store. What people are saying about Flanders

Making waffles was fun, and quite filling for the stomach. Definitely don't eat anything before doing this one (it's an all-you-can-eat waffles workshop for a reason)! If you are short on time and doubting between this one and the chocolate workshop, I recommend to do the chocolate workshop, as it's more fun (at least it was for us). Lots of toppings to decorate your waffles from, and it's quite nice and fun to do it.

Great tour - perfect amount of time to make different types of chocolate and learn a little bit about the experience! Elisabetta was a great teacher and make it fun and interactive for everyone. You get to make a full chocolate bar (with lots of different options for toppings, chocolate bites (you make shapes with chocolate, and truffles! Highly recommend this tour if you want the Belgian chocolate experience!

We had a fabulous time the waffles were yummy we were made to feel welcomed from the moment we entered the door, the recipe was was easy to follow & everything was explained well. I highly recommend!

We had a very fun time and ended up with a box of handmade chocolates. This workshop was both informational and interactive. Great experience to do as a team building activity.

Sebastian was the best guider we could ever get. He showed us an historical beer perspective that we never thought. He was nice, respectful, and very clear on his explanation
