Anna was so knowledgeable. Her explanation of the history and how and why styles changed through the different periods in time made the experience more meaningful. It was so worth it to know the stories and the history behind the art. She was the best tour guide I’ve had in Florence. ❤️❤️❤️

Our guide was informative and personal. He was able to answer questions about an list of historical events that happened without hesitation. It was a short distance tour with several benches to stop along the way. I had the same guide for the Duomo for a different trip and he was extremely knowledgeable there too which showed his expertise in history

The tour guide, Elizabeth, was spectacular, giving just the right amount of history to understand the context of the works of art that we saw in the gallery and how they were used to teach art students. The Statue of David was a remarkable finale to the tour and Elizabeth pointed out some of the amazing detail that I would likely have missed. It was a wonderful tour and well worth the visit. My only (minor) complaint is that it is impossible to find the meeting location, so you may want to come at least 30 minutes early to try to figure it out--however, I ended up just calling them and they answered and came to me, so it all worked out fine--great customer service!
