Explore the secret passages of the Palazzo Vecchio. Experience the exciting discovery of the places and paths of Palazzo Vecchio that are not accessible to the general public and that have only recently been made available for very small groups of people. You will ascend the narrow passages of the Duke Gualtieri and you will discover an unexpected path beyond a door hidden by a painting. You will also admire the imposing coffered ceiling of the Salone del Cinquecento. Complete your tour of the Palazzo Vecchio with a typical Tuscan lunch in a historic restaurant or a gelato tasting in one of the most famous ice cream shops of Florence.

A really special experience allowing visitors to peek into hidden aspects of the Medici family history. There are absolutely brilliant paintings in hidden rooms and secret passages that I’d never seen before. The tour guide was a true expert and an entertaining storyteller. This tour was a real highlight of our trip.

The tour was very interesting and the guide with the large bunch of keys really allowed you to visit places in the palace that you wouldn't otherwise see, for example you were allowed to go to the roof truss of the great hall (known from the films). The organization of the tour was a bit chaotic, somehow the agency didn't let anyone know. So lunch was initially associated with a bit of discussion. But it was very tasty and substantial. The very tasty ice cream was easier to get with a shrug of the shoulders (there are some again). Still a very nice morning.

I recommend this service, despite the total lack of organization

Everything went very well in the end (non-guided visit of the palace then guided visit of the secret passages, perfectly adequate meal) but it was not without great uncertainty concerning the organization of the meal: no information or the site, nor on site with the guide. Nobody knew anything. Finally, after various phone calls, we were able to go to a restaurant where the meal served was excellent. Oh thank you.
