Our guide was great and answered all our questions. We were only four people in our group so it was very personal. The visit to the Palazzo Vecchio was definitly a highlight. However, there was a bit to much general history and details for our taste. Of course it is nice to get some facts that are not related to the movie/book but we felt it was a bit too much in comparison to information about Inferno. This and the fact that our guide had to give the same information in English and French at the same time made the tour slightly too long. All in all we would still recommend it.
We were super impressed with our guide's (Susanna) knowledge of not only the book (she read the book 14 times) but also how well you knew every corner And nook in Florence And rich history behind the things And places we saw. We were especially impressed with the fine attention of details which she pointed out to us and all the references to Dante's Paradiso 25. A truly informative and rich tour !
The Description of the historical buildings, families and aspects of Florence with the permanent link to the Dan Brown book and movie were very well explained. Important additional explanations were given which made the tour completely sound. Very well done.
Daniela was the best tourguide i've ever had! Her german is perfect and the tour was super interesting, especially at the end :) Absolute recommended!
Well paced tour. Lots of interesting info. Should have been called ‘and the life of Dante ‘ ( would have been more appropriate )
