Our tour guide was very friendly. Gave us a lot if information on different sites. She stopped long enough for pictures. The tour itself was great! ( The only complaint that I must mention, is that I had to call about a concern over ticketing. The staff person that answered was very rude and impatient, and criticized the fact that I don't have a Smart phone. Some of us just don't own Smart phones! The attitude could've been better.) I would take a star off for that, but the tour itself was exceptional.

There were passengers who were talking loudly; so loud that it was difficult to hear the guide tell us about the beautiful buildings and history of DC. It’s important to respect other passengers and keep private conversations as quiet as possible.

Excellent, knowledgeable guide! His name is Duke, and he made the whole experience enjoyable.
