It was fantastic. On the trip to the everglades, our guide Ben was able to tell us a lot about Miami and the development of the city, as well as about the people here. There was also a lot to learn about the animals and the Everglades habitat. The boatsman Elvis knew exactly where to find which animal. We were able to admire baby alligators freshly hatched, as well as a large alligator lady. Fantastic communication between humans and animals. A unique experience.
It was a cold and rainy day, but we still had a great time and saw lots of animals and birds. Julio, our guide, was very knowledgeable, accommodating and caring! The boat guides were fantastic as well and made sure we all had a chance to observe the animals - we saw a lot of dolphins, as well as white and brown pelicans, and even saw a spoonbill.
Great day, only big downside having to be 30mm before the start of the meeting is at 6:30 am and therefore get up super early (time to arrive etc… get up at 5:30 am). To finally see everyone arrive at 9 a.m., because the boat leaves at 10! Why not just ask us to come at 9am like everyone else?
Original, attractive, varied. Very nice service with a very nice guide (Julio), attentive to us and having a very good knowledge of the region and the flora and fauna of Florida. Very nice performance. You will not be disappointed.
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. From the start til the end, it never got boring. Mark was an excellent guide who imparted good information about what we saw and experienced.
