What people are saying about Frankfurt

Anyone who loves their job is the tour guide or the contact person at the visitor center. At least that's how he came across and we think he's great. Since we were there when it opened at 11 a.m., we were able to look at, try out and ask questions in peace and quiet. To be honest, on a day when there are many visitors, the price would be a bit too high for me. Overall we quite liked it.

The staff is very friendly and the visitor center itself is very educational and informative. It offers many interesting and diverse media opportunities to get to know the processes at the airport (VR, interactive collaboration, etc.). The staff at the visitor center are very competent and are always available to answer any questions.

Great trip! We were a very small group, the trip was smooth and overall enjoyable. It felt more personal. Keiko, our tour guide, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely book with them again!

Very modern and varied; friendly and helpful staff. Recommended !!!
