Frascati Wine Route from Rome: Pasta Making and Wine Tasting

You will meet your group and be introduced to your guides at the Frascati Railway Station. From there your guide will lead the way on a short walk through historic Frascati, the very heart of the Roman countryside. You'll get a glimpse of this characteristic town and it's rich history which dates back to Roman times. After a short walk, you will arrive at a beautiful wine cellar, where your hosts will open the wines produced at the family vineyard: Frascati Superiore D.O.C.G., and Vagnolo. After tasting the wine with some traditional appetizers, your pasta making begins. Your chef will teach you how to make authentic homemade pasta, so be ready to get your hands dirty. Once you have mixed and rolled out your pasta you will be faced with a difficult choice: which of the Roman-style dishes would you like to create? It was used by three families from Japan. I and my daughter, who do not understand English, enjoyed themselves. I arrived earlier than time, so I had to wait at the station in the middle of the cold, so I chose 4 stars.
