Love, love, love! Owner Luis is one of the most personable tour guides I have met in all my years of travel. Outlined all of my options for my Tuktuk tour, I wasn't hammered in to the itinerary altogether. I went on the 2.5 hour tour up Monte to ride the sleds, the tropical gardens were mentioned in the tour description as well as the church , both of which I have seen before, so instead of those two places, I was taken on a wonderful tour of the old city, Luis spent some extra time with me at no charge, and dropped me off to shop for my grandson. He clearly knows his island, and was able to answer all my questions. A wonderful tour! Highly recommended.

Luis was a fantastic host and so accommodating to us! We had an amazing time and he waited for us to visit the botanical garden too. Due to the toboggans having a long queue of over 1.5hrs, Luis still took us the exact route of the toboggans and we feel we had an even better experience this way! He was so friendly, helpful and gave us the best tour during our short time in Funchal. Thank you Tukway! We would highly recommend everyone books this tour.

Highly recommended this tour! Our guide Loui knew a lot to tell and was able to answer all our questions. We have seen and visited a lot in a relatively short time. During the tour there was also room to get out and briefly visit sights. What made the tour really fantastic was the tips and possibilities about what to do after the tour and what times are perfect for this.

What a brilliant experience my husband James and I had.Did 2 tours one in Funchal with Andrea which was very interesting and the second one was with Luis the manager to the Cabo Girao glass platform, highly recommended this company

Right from start to finish the staff were very efficient and fu of knowledge of the area.
