The whole day was absolutely lovely and our quide uide, Diego was super friendly, super knowledgeable and, above all, super considerate and careful as a driver as my grandchild, a baby, age six months, joined the tour. We had our own baby seat with us, and Diego made sure at every point that all was well with the child. Our sincerest thanks to Diego for his time and effort and the wonderful kindness and good cheer he showed us all! The tour itself is also highly recommendable and the enchanted forest is mystically beautiful and about ten degrees C chillier than the rest of the tour, so take a jacket and for the two lovely swimming spots, pack a bathing suit. The optional restaurant lunch was tasty. Especially the garlic bread was delicious! The day was a great success and l am very pleased to recommend Green Dragon based on this tour and another we took three days later. The quide on that tour was equally skilled so the company obviously takes good care in selecting it's personnel.

Our guide Duarte was so amazing and really made our tour exciting, funny and informative. He also speaks 5 languages which was so impressive! The whole family loved this day out, it was filled with so many different stops so we saw a lot of the sights we had on our list to see in Madeira. The off road driving was especially exciting, and apparently only Green Devil tours take you on that route. Definitely something you don’t want to miss. I would recommend this tour to any of my friends visiting Madeira. And if you book I highly recommend Duarte, he definitely made the tour. Thank you so so much Duarte! This trip is a must do if you're visiting Madeira! Our tour guide was Nelson and we couldn't even dream for e better one. He was absolutely perfect - funny, knowledgeable, perfect English, very attentive and considerable to us. He arranged a really delicious lunch for us in Porto Moniz. And also took us in this really small and nice bar to drink Poncha (definitely try this if you have the chance). The trip was truly amazing. He stopped at different locations just for us to enjoy the views of the ocean, the mountains and in one of the stops we were actually above the clouds. He also brought us to this secluded ocean pools for us to take a swim. Really an unforgettable experience. Big big thank you Nelson for giving us this amazing experience and memories!
