Depart Funchal and drive to the Miradouro Boca dos Namorados for panoramic views almost 1,000 meters above sea level. Admire the famous Nun’s Valley and viewpoint of Eira do Serrado. Then, experience the island's unique nature on an off-road experience. Go to the Jardim da Serra at the heart of the cherry-growing region. Continue to Cabo Girão to see Europe's highest cliff at 589 meters tall. Get a fantastic view of Câmara de Lobos, Funchal Bay and the ocean. The viewpoint has been renovated and is known for its suspended glass floor balcony. End your jeep tour with a visit to the fishing village of Câmara de Lobos and discover one of the most traditional places on Madeira. Following drop off at Funchal Harbor, embark on a dolphin and whale watching tour by boat. Climb aboard a catamaran and cruise along the south coast of Madeira. Relax on the 3-hour trip with strong possibilities of seeing dolphins and whales in their natural habitat. We had a great day with lots of new impressions and great prospects! The pick-up at the hotel was over-punctual (unfortunately we didn't ...). We were 6 people plus driver (Tony) who did a great job! He guided us through the day in a very entertaining way, there was a lot to laugh about. Thanks alot! Only the condition of the jeep was not so great, as 3 wheels were missing a wheel screw of 6 ... We didn't feel unsafe, but nice is different. Likewise, the space in the car was actually too tight for 6 guests. After we were dropped off at the port and picked up our tickets for the boat tour, we still had a good hour for lunch. On the catamaran we were told a lot about the sighted dolphins (we saw 3 different species) and the sperm whale (!). We also really enjoyed the ride! The catamaran was very large and only half occupied. Drinks and snacks could be bought, blankets against the wind were free.

It was a super brilliant tour. Our guide Phil explained everything to us in great detail, brought the country and people closer to us and was a super cool driver. He deserves extra praise. The dolphin tour was also great, we actually watched dolphins and were entertained informatively. All in all, a great fun tour that we will never forget. THANK YOU

Many thanks to Phil for this great tour. Great guide, super informative information, also outside the box. Picked up on time and reliably dropped off again. After an hour we went out on the Atlantic with the catamaran. Successful sightings of dolphins rounded off the package for the perfect excursion. Our highlight of the holiday 5*****+ best regards
