Be picked up from your accommodation in Funchal and take in the scenery as you drive up to to the hilltop where Pico´s Fortress is perched. Admire this fortress which once protected the city from pirates and French corsairs.

Continue to Quinta Vigia, the bright pink mansion where the island's president resides. Ride to Funchal Cathedral to appreciate its sumptuous Manueline Gothic features.

A very interesting and fun tour of Funchal and view points. Luis was a super guide and driver and showed us the highlights of the city at exactly the right pace. Nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to tailor-make the trip to wherever we preferred to go. He took us down the narrow back streets where only a tuk tuk can go! All in all a highly recommended trip.

Con questo tour di 2 ore si ha modo di vedere i punti di maggior interesse della città senza perdere tempo. Luis, l’autista e guida, mi ha dato un sacco di informazioni sulla storia della città, sugli edifici e le vie della centro storico e sui prodotti tipici: dal vino ai diversi tipi di banane, dai diversi modi di preparare la poncha ai molto dolci della tradizione. Il tuk-tuk è un mezzo molto simpatico e permette di raggiungere punti da cui si ha una vista mozzafiato della città e della costa. Luis è rimasto con me oltre le due ore per completare il tour. Consigliato ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

This tour was beyond amazing! After booking, I was contacted and we texted the information for when we would meet and what we would like to see during the tour. All our wishes were met. We booked a 2 1/2 hour trip and our guide was with us for one more hour! He was very friendly and made the trip so amazing!! I highly recommend to book this trip when visiting Madeira.
