We had a amazing time with John, our guide. As he said, this is the "rollercoaster ride". You hop on the bus than on a ferry (hopefully the bay will be king of calm and the boat not too rocky). We had a lovely time on Inis Oírr with a horse and bogey ride. The thing I liked about this tour is that you get to see the cliffs from the top and the bottom.

Good excursion to the Aran Islands

We really liked this excursion, it was excellent to visit the moher cliffs from below, however and only in order to improve as much as possible, on this excursion ... it would have been very interesting to make a small stop at Dunguaire Castle. The guide was very nice and friendly, and lent us money to take a tractor and visit the island. That is why I would also recommend to notify the client to carry cash and this does not happen.

Unfortunately we started out our trip on a very negative note. We were told we would be picked up between 8-9am and after 30 minutes we called and the Male GetYourGuide representative was very short and rude. He told us that our bus had already passed our hostel and that we had to taxi to another hostel to try and catch the bus or else we would be out of luck. Part of the reason we booked with this company was for the pick up service, so the taxi across town was an unexpected, unwanted, expense. Luckily we made it to the other hostel before the bus but then we had issues getting onto the bus. HOWEVER...once we got onto the bus and settled the tour guide/driver was phenomenal and the tour itself was a highlight for us, especially the Ferry Ride. You don't get a lot of time on the Aran Islands (approx. 90 min) so if you want more to explore take that into consideration.
