The guide was friendly, knowledgeable and explained with humour. It was an enjoyable experience. However, it would be helpful if the organizers mentioned clearly in the email that the received email is only a confirmation of the booking. A voucher to enter the Alhambra will be provided by a guide at the meeting point. Besides, the email's explanation about the meeting point was unclear to the other participants and me. Therefore, it was frustrating to find the meeting point and a guide. I should be better organized.

We had Francisco as our guide and he was excellent. You could see he truly loves the Alhambra and Granada and was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He had excellent English, was very easy to understand and made it an enjoyable 3+ hours. Be prepared for a lot of walking and climbing of stairs though.

It has been a wonderful experience, thank Carmen, our lolita tour guide, who has introduced us to a journey through the history of the Alhambra with her joy. 100% recommended
