The trip to the Glacier 3000 was without a doubt a unique experience, from the moment we got on the bus to the moment our trip ended. Thomas, our tour guy was very friendly, patient and very informative, it was great to have him as our guide. We went on August 6th and thank God it was sunny and beautiful, but the bridge still felt cold and windy so wear warm clothes. The roller coaster is a must especially if you have you g children. I would highly recommend it.

Neil is an amazing guide, so funny and he shares so much information of what you can do during this trip, in Geneva and outside Geneva. I thought it was great going by yourself at your own pace and taking time to see the places you're interested the most rather than having to follow a group. Gondola and the train are well worth it and the cafe from L'Aiguille du Midi has the most amazing view and food is quite nice.

The experience itself is a must do if you are in Geneva. You will have a decent amount of time to see everything that is included. My guide was Neil who is pure and simply an amazing person. As I was the only person having booked a tour in that day, we had a lot of time for discussion and it was a pleasure. He went above and beyong in making me feel welcomed and also having fun…as he is cracking some nice jokes:).

It was an amazing experience, perfect weather for a perfect day in the Alps.Bus ride was great our ,driver Tom was very helpful. There was no guide but we did not have any trouble finding our way around.

The guide was wonderful! He helped us organise the parts of the trip we’d decide to do last minute. He spoke well in English and French.
