It could have been effective! But it was I who had to wait for the person and not the other way around! And unnecessary costs ... yet theft al time. And no apologies given. Once you know Geneva a little there is no need to take this means of transport ... within mm of the airport you have two bus lines 5 and 10 which take you directly to the city center of Geneva and the train ... in 5 minutes you are there! I tested it for my return because all the hotels in the center of Geneva provide you with a free public transport pass.
