The aquarium has always been cool. Usually always been busy as well.. However, it seemed way more busy than normal. Even with having to get tickets in advance and certain time slots. The lack of social distancing and people(Including kids) with mask were ridiculous. Parents have no control of their kids and the parents aren't that much better either. People do not wait their turn and get right up in your space. Even with announcements from staff telling them to keep six feet and mask on. No one cared. Staff didn't enforce any regulations. Would not suggest going if you are worried about catching Coronavirus. They have no control over the issue. Other than that, it's always very interesting to see the fish and sharks.

I actually LOVED the experience, mostly because my 4 year old absolutely had the time of her life. My 16 month old was scared of everything, but that's ok because I went for her, and it was a very successful surprise for her (as I made it a surprise until we walked in. The only thing we (me and my Mom) didn't like was the food. It was HORRIBLE!!! Lesson learned there, we'll eat before we get there and/or when we leave next time.

I was able to obtain my ticket onsite for immediate entry after the Aquarium had announced all of their tickets were sold out. It was quick and easy to obtain the ticket.

It was a great experience. The children loved it and were very fascinated. Wish we’d gotten there Easter to catch the dolphin show and crocodiles. I will be back

Booking the tickets were easy and simple. We had no problems. The line was kind of long but that was expected...Would definitely go again.
