The tour was an unforgettable experience and is highly recommended. The mountain village of Spili, the coastal town of Agia Galini and the hippie town of Matala are unique and well worth seeing. It was my first time in Crete and so I was able to gain many different impressions of the island in one day. The driver Costa safely maneuvered the minibus through the winding mountain roads past an impressive panorama. Barbara is not only a tour guide, she also emigrated from Germany to Crete a few years ago and is part of it with all her heart. She patiently answered all questions, gave tips and also told some stories from Greek mythology. I would book a tour with Markidis again at any time.

Great tour with Barbara and Costa from Markidis Reisen. By chance we had three tours with this team (Barbara and Costa) and were extremely enthusiastic about both. With what joy and herukichkei they do the tour and the information you get about Crete - just great! Really highly recommended! We have already done a lot of tours and trips, but Barbara was by far one of the best tour guides we have had. Costa the driver is also worth mentioning. The art and serenity with which he guides the bus through the narrow streets and mountains is an art!

The trip was smooth and they take you to the great places, such as a small village, a quiet beach and a more energetic beach afterwards with so many small and cool shops! Barb and Costas were so welcoming for our 2nd participation after Elafonissi Beach and we were so glad we joined the tour again! Highly recommend:) Thank you Markidis Travel! Satoko and Paul

The tour with Barbara and Pedros is awesome! Barbara tells you all sorts of exciting things during the relatively long journey and Pedros maneuvers us safely into the small towns. There is all sorts of beautiful things to see, in Agia Galini and Matala there is also enough time to cool off while wet. I would definitely do the tour again with them!

The trip was very successful, everything was well organized, the pilot was perfect (cheerful, kind, caring, puntual). Interesting charming places, especially the Matala beach.
