The singing was fantastic. Just the story of how the farmers have to rely on Mother Nature for their livelihood. Just how tough it is for all our farmers I tell my family all the time Without our farmers we don’t eat they provide everything in all different capacity. Seeing how devoted they are to there farms families neighbours and animals is very special it restores our faith in humanity. Brought me to tears hearing about the drought and the insensitivity of the banks . These good people should be treated with more compassion consideration and respect they are what Australia needs every single day. Thank you.
Australia Outback Spectacular is a great way to find out more about the Australian Outback. Embracing the country lifestyle, the joys, and challenges faced by its people and livestock. The show is a visional experience like no other with great horse skills, singing and loveable characters in the mix. It's for all ages and if you like horses (like my daughter does) its magical for everyone. The food is great too with friendly staff. I have brought overseas friends and my family to these shows over the years. Totally worth seeing.
Food and entertainment were fantastic, the venue was easy to find with good access and parking, staff were helpful and professional. Only downside was it was hard to see your meal when the show started and when we arrived all the seats either side were filled, so to get access we had to climb over the back of the seats and down, not too difficult, but we are in our late 50's and early 60's.
Have been to an earlier version and that was excellent so wanted to see the latest one which was just as good. I found accommodation only 15 minutes away in Southport Sharks Football Club (Mantra at Sharks) a great place to stay.
Amazing show. Great people, food, ambience, hospitality.. can not recommend more! Our driver, Tanya, was especially intelligent and great company, knew lots about the area, show and Australia in general. So good!
