The 72 hour all inclusive pass is the best value imo because you pretty much get a tour of most of the city. I unfortunately wasn't able to do the tram tour but I used my ticket to ride the city trams and that was good enough for me. my only critque is that it's hard to find the bus stops so they should try to add more specific directions on where they are.

This was a lovely experience. The driver was helpful in pointing out the sites referred to and drove really well, despite challenging conditions! The commentary was interesting, but didn't leave me inspired, however that may just have been my mood. The recorded tour is available in many languages, but this did mean there was no opportunity to ask questions. Overall, a solid 4. :-)

First is the Senhora do Monte Belvedere in Graça. The name of this viewpoint has takes its origin from the Chapel of Our Lady of the Hill. This is the perfect spot for sunset lovers, photographers, and pregnant women as the chapel is reputed to protect women during childbirth. Next, from São Pedro de Alcântara Belvedere is an excellent view over the Baixa district, the area around Avenida da Liberdade, and the Tagus River. This garden with panoramic views is next to the Gloria Elevator, a funicular that has been taking passengers up and down the hill between the Restauradores...
