  • Lisbon: 2.5-Hour Hills Tour by Electric Bike

    1. Lisbon: 2.5-Hour Hills Tour by Electric Bike

Explore some of the 7 hills of Lisbon by electric bike, and see more than you would on a conventional sightseeing tour. The easy-to-drive electric bikes are eco-friendly and boast a stylish vintage design that will turn heads as you explore the hidden sights of Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, some of the most historic neighborhoods of the Portuguese capital. Cruise up to panoramic observation points, passing antique shops and enchanting restaurants along the way, and get a unique perspective of the city and its people.

Absolutely the best way to get close and experience the different boroughs of Lisbon! We thought it would be fun to try out electric bikes and get a quick tour. Wow! Bikes move you much faster than walking yet you still get the "on the ground" sense hearing sounds and feeling pace of people. The noisy little carts are cute but youre still an observer. Gliding through the super narrow roads in Alfama was definetly the highlight. DoubTful we would have taken the time to get so deep into this ancient and magical land of yore. Our guide was super knowledgible of history and maneuvering in traffic. Louis made it super safe and one of the top 3 memories of Lisbon!! We do plan on getting electric bikes~ Btw- we're active 65 ladies... so don't hesitate to go for this fantastic adventure !

  • Lisbon: 7 Hills Half-Day Electric Bike Tour

    2. Lisbon: 7 Hills Half-Day Electric Bike Tour

Climb aboard an electric e-bike to make light work of the 7 hills of Lisbon. Considered by many to be too hard for cycling - thanks to its constant ascents and descents - you can contradict that theory, even reaching the highest points of the city. Departing from Rua Cais de Santarém, close to the harbor, head off to sites such as the famous flea market of Feira da Ladra, the monumental church of Panteão Nacional, and the Mannerist Monastery of São Vicente de Fora. Get panoramic views from the terrace of Chão do Loureiro, the Miradouro da Graça viewpoint, and the mirador of Monte Agudo in Penha de França. Your electric motor buzzing, pass the 15th-century Palácio Belmonte and the quaint neighborhood of Vila Berta. Chill out in the Campos Mártires da Pátria and the Jardim do Torel park. And see some of the city’s most iconic sights, including the Sé de Lisboa cathedral, and the Ascensor...

It was just so much fun with João as a guide. You can tell he loves the city and he knows how to go around.

  • Lisbon: Delicious Electric Bike Tour

    3. Lisbon: Delicious Electric Bike Tour

This tour will focus on the most authentic neighborhoods, the perfect places to find traditional taverns and amazing restaurants. In Alfama (the oldest district in Lisbon), you’ll experience the real Lisbon with its charismatic (and intense) people, cats sleeping on windowsills, twisting streets and blind alleyways where the roofs almost touch each other. Going up the hill until Graça, you’ll find a breathtaking panoramic view at the famous Belvedere “Nossa Senhora do Monte”. After a moment of relaxation at the viewpoint, you'll start going down the hill to salute Mouraria, Lisbon’s most multi-ethnic neighborhood. Here you may find all types of restaurants because about a fifth of the population is from Asia, mainly from China, Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. Now, the most important detail of this tour, the tasting experiences! You'll visit Lisbon’s greatest cafés and taverns, importan...

We booked the Delicious Electric Bike Tour. The bikes had a good and strong engine making the ride up the hills easy. We had Ginjinha at the viewing point Miradouro Graca and our guide Yury also showed us the local sandwich Bifanas. He was kind and knowledgeable, a trip to recommend.

Peter was a great guide, very informative tour highlighting the history of Lisbon. Pace was good for us first timers. May husband had various minor things go wrong with his bike, but other guide (sorry. I didn’t get his name) was quick to help. If you want a history lesson and fun ebike tour, we highly recommend.

Inish (sp?) was a wonderful tour guide and knew how to have fun and show us the sights. She took us all around the castle mountain and described all of the important parts of Lisbon and talked about its history and that of the Portuguese culture.

The tour was very informative and thanks to our guide Pattrik we received a lot of interesting information far beyond Lisbon.

Very interesting tour over 3 hills with comfortable E-bikes and very nice tour guide (Nuno)! Thanks a lot!
