What people are saying about Gran Canaria

A very enjoyable experience, the staff and crew were fantastic, we saw flying fish, dolphins and a whale whilst out on the water, although it took a little time to find them, the crew worked very hard to find them, Highly recommended. The boat is wheelchair accessible, but not for the faint hearted, they have to lift the chair onto the gang-plank which is just wide enough to navigate across, then lift you onto the boat, once on the boat things do improve. There is a ramped entrance into the cabin area, but no designated slot for a wheelchair, but they do accomodate and make the whole experience very pleasant. If you are able to walk a little then this trip is accessible, if not then I would suggest going to Puerto Rico port and checking the access out before booking. I turned up in my compact motorised wheelchair, which is rather heavy and they did manage to get me safely onto the boat, they went above and beyond, but it was a little nerve wraking.

This was my first visit to Gran Canaria, for number of reasons I decided to stay in the north (Las Palmas) and bought 2 (+1) tours around the island to get better idea of different regions and places of importance. All of the tours were amazing: small groups, the routes were planned with great detail and knowledge of the island, they well-balanced nature, towns/villages and museums (!); stops to enjoy sights, have coffee or lunch were adequate; and equally important: the guides were fantastic! I have trully enjoyed their talking on all kind of topics related to local history, fauna, flora, geology, archeology, customs, legends, social specifics related to current life incl. "covid times" and impact on tourims (seeing empty hotels in Maspalomas), and the like. Excellent.

A relly enjoyable excursion! Marta and Ruben are incredible guides who love what they do. Ruben provided a lot of interesting info about the island and the local fauna both in English and Spanish. The snorkeling part was extremely fun. We had the beach to ourselves and could swim and snorkel as long as we liked! On our way back to the port we had a bite to eat on the boat. Would deffenitely recommend it!

Was so much fun. Lovely stuff, joyful ride, easygoing, great atmosphere! Highly recommend

Great day, many interesting stops and made better by our super informative guide Frank
