The tour has been fine because Cintia, the guide made it very enjoyable but I was very detached to not be able to see the Generalife. We paid € 116 for 4 people and we could only see the exteriors. It's too much. Years ago we were able to visit everything and for less money. Everything is sold a lot and things lose their value because they cannot be appreciated in the same way.

This tour is a con. You see nothing of the Alhambra palaces, and cannot visit the gardens. Despite showing an image prominently in the advertising of the inside of the Carlos V palace (that is a free museum), this tour is a cynical exploitation of hapless tourists. You look over walls to get poor views of gardens; through shop doors to see what replicas of the magnificent craftsmanship look like; and the whole walk takes two hours to see nothing. Literally nothing! Several other British and Spanish people on the tour were annoyed at falling for this con. We had driven from Córdoba, and I think they depend on the fact that people have come a long way and it is not possible to buy tickets for the Alhambra when you get there...so you think that you may as well take the tour now you are there because it’s better than nothing. It is not - everything you are taken to is free. If we had known that this was just a slow walk around the outside, we would have stayed in Córdoba.
